When I entered college at Purdue University in the fall of 1982, the tuition for a full-time student who was a resident of Indiana was less than $800 a semester. Naturally, there were slight increases over the years I attended, but nothing drastic. They were comparable to the increase in the cost of living and wages during that period. With so many mergers, buy-outs, and bankruptcy’s which have occurred in the past decade or two, it has made keeping up with who is who, what is what, and who owns what very difficult. And, honestly, I simply just have not paid attention, nor have I really cared. I mean, it is not like I could or would have done anything, right? I know… this is starting to get a bit old. But, honestly… I have had a lot of fun with this as have so many others. So one last posting (unless something really, REALLY good comes up.)
