David Albo, VA Lawmaker, Denied Sex from Wife Because Of Transvaginal Ultrasound Bill 14

Virginia’s controversial transvaginal ultrasound bill hit one Republican lawmaker close to home. In the bedroom, to be precise. He said a fellow lawmaker’s television discussion of the bill cost him sex with his wife.

Through a series of seductive moves while watching television, they happened upon the Rachel Maddow’s show on MSNBC, where Del. David Englin (D-Alexandria), a leading opponent of the bill, was discussing the ultrasound bill. This ended up not begin such a wise choice of shows to watch.

Albo tells the story much better than I can, so here is his recount of his night of denied sex.

  1. I saw this story yesterday and it made my day. I hope there are many men around the country catching grief from their wives over the Virginia bill and all the nonsense that the Republicans have been preaching recently. It honestly makes me wonder how any woman with half a brain could vote for the current crop of GOP presidential hopefuls.

  2. Hysterical! :-) This man is obviously an experienced stand up comic who wasn’t quite good enough to make it in show biz, so he had to resort to becoming a Republican politician. It’s sad, but hey those are the breaks… LOL

Hmm… Maybe this should become a new national position for women: “Women of America! Just say NO to sex with right wing republicans who want to take away your reproductive rights!” Or “Don’t grab them by the balls, and their hearts and minds will follow…” Lol

  3. And gosh, as a Republican, this was his one shot at sex this month. Well, there’s always March. I wish him luck…and is this Santorum’s birth control plan? Hey, it saved the life of an aspirin, didn’t iy?
