More Funnies with “Mitt the Twit” Romney and “Lyin’ Paul Ryan” 13

After the debate last week, the award of lying should go to Mitt Romney. Hands down he has perfected the art of lying and appearing to be sincere – although I noticed a few facial expressions that gave him away a few times. The style of debating that Romney blasted at President Obama is an actual technique for debating. It is called the Gish Gallop.

According to Rational Wiki, Gish Gallop is the debating technique of drowning the opponent in such a torrent of half-truths, lies, and straw-man arguments that the opponent cannot possibly answer every falsehood in real time.

I have to admit, the one good thing about these two is that they are constantly giving everyone excellent joke and/or spoof material. Especially when Mitt Romney went to England – the British papers and tabloids had a field day! The cover page of a newspaper called him, “Mitt the Twit”! It doesn’t get any better than that. Still, Romney is always saying the most absurd things – almost like a child sometimes.

Rick “InSanetorium” Santorum 16

According to recent polls, CNN is stating the the latest results from Gallup’s daily tracking poll indicate Rick Santorum has overtaken Mitt Romney nationwide and now leads the former Massachusetts governor by an eight-point margin.

According to the poll released Sunday, 36% of registered Republicans said they are backing Santorum, while 28% prefer Romney.
