Sometimes, well no…. Most of the time Mitt Romney leaves me scratching my head in complete bewilderment, and this is one of those times.
Last week, Ann Romney’s plane was forced to make an emergency landing due to an electrical fire that filled the cabin with smoke. On Saturday, Mitt was quoted saying the following:
Okay, that’s it. I’m done.
No, Ann isn’t talking to Mitt… In an interview with Radio Iowa, Ann Romney had this to say to Republicans who have been critical of the floundering Romney presidential campaign (emphasis added):
“Stop it. This is hard. You want to try it? Get in the ring,” she said. “This is hard and, you know, it’s an important thing that we’re doing right now and it’s an important election and it is time for all Americans to realize how significant this election is and how lucky we are to have someone with Mitt’s qualifications and experience and know-how to be able to have the opportunity to run this country.”
Here are some funnies, photos with captions and some more serious quotes about Romney and Ryan. It may be fun to laugh at this fool and his partner-in-crime, Paul Ryan (literally, partner-in-crime) as Mitt and Mutton really have both said some very stupid things. But we cannot forget what they have promised for this country because most of it is not good and very dangerous. Plus they both lie like a rug.

Mitt Romney’s famous last words as a Republican presidential candidate…
“There are 47 percent of the people who will vote for the president no matter what. All right, there are 47 percent who are with him, who are dependent upon government, who believe that they are victims, who believe the government has a responsibility to care for them, who believe that they are entitled to health care, to food, to housing, to you-name-it. That that’s an entitlement. And the government should give it to them. And they will vote for this president no matter what…These are people who pay no income tax.”
… and then he fell on his face.
When he doesn’t know a camera’s rolling, the GOP candidate shows his disdain for half of America. The footage was taken at a private “intimate fundraiser” with “a small group of wealthy contributors” at the Boca Raton home of controversial private equity manager Marc Leder on May 17.
Romney dismissed these Americans as freeloaders who pay no taxes, who don’t assume responsibility for their lives, and who think government should take care of them. Specifically, Romney mentions that many of us do not pay “income” taxes. Until I see 12 years of Romney’s tax returns, I do not believe he has been paying income tax as well as hiding a lot of money overseas and not paying ANY taxes on that. Ohhhhhh… my blood pressure just shot up. To point a finger at the public when he needs to point it towards himself. Here is what Mitt Romney says:
Such the caring a tactful man that he is, this photo below was snapped as Mitt Romney walked away from the podium immediately after giving his poorly thought out statement to the press blaming the Obama administration for “sympathiz(ing) with those who waged the attacks.” On Tuesday, U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens and three of his staff members were killed in Benghazi, Libya.
Romney cares naught about anyone except himself – and that is very apparent in this smirky grin on his face. Romney cares more about creating and providing the Obama-lies he just told the reporters – and apparently Romney could care less about the victims of the US. targeted killings in Libya.
Here is an interaction between Mitt Romney and a gay veteran which occurred back on December 12, 2011. It is important to bring this up now because everyone needs to realize what type of person Romney is. This whole scene both infuriates me and breaks my heart at the same time.
Romney made an appearance at the Chez Vachon Restaurant in Manchester NM. This was an event that was meant to highlight the endorsement of Romney by Manchester Mayor Ted Gatsas – but the reporters attention all turned to Vietnam veteran Bob Garon of Ebson NH…. But I’m getting ahead of myself now….
Mitt Romney
Conservatives are easily angered these days. Can’t say that I don’t blame them. I mean, look at who ran in the primaries… Bachmann (hallucinates that god talks to her), Newt (come on… he’s named after a salamander), Cain (9-9-9), Santorum (frothy mixture from fecal matter), Rick Perry (aka Mr Evil), Jon Huntsman (I rather liked this guy – he put Newt in his place once), Ron Paul (grandpa with some die-hard groupies), of course Romney (flip-flop, etch-a-sketch) and a few other non-notables.
Now that many Republicans are coming to realize, and admitting, that Romney is not much more than a joke, Republicans are rather irritable. So why not have some fun with them!
Larry Flynt
I love it! Flynt… you ARE the man! To all hackers, disgruntled ex-employees and accountants of Romney’s, and as well as insiders… Hustler Magazine Publisher Larry Flynt is offering up to $1 million for Mitt Romney’s tax returns and other financial information, such as off-shore bank accounts.
Just like many Republicans before him, Romney is not a fan of porn – even though one of porn’s most famous names is a big fan of Romney, or at least of the tax rate she thinks she’ll have under Romney. Porn star Jenna Jameson endorsed the Mormon candidate, saying “When you’re rich, you want a Republican in office.”
Now… what was this Romney has been saying about keeping jobs in the US? Between this and paying NOT paying his taxes, he will not be earning the “Lead by example” award.

Amy Kremer is the chair for the infamous Tea Party Express (“express”? Does that mean they’ll quickly be gone??). Last week, Kremer simply decided that Obama just did not love our country as much as Mitt does so she tweeted:

Bill Clinton
Just like the first night of the convention, some incredible people with wonderful, uplifting and inspirational speeches. The speakers came to an end with Former President Bill Clinton giving the last speech – and what a speech it was! He firmly committed his support for President Barack Obama. Additionally, he went through all the Republican Obama-lies one-by-one, dissecting and tearing each lie apart.

Ann Romney spoke to a largely female audience at a “Women For Mitt” rally in Findlay, Ohio, today. Ann is out pleading to women to support and vote for Mitt as the numbers are showing the harsh reality of what Romney has done to the women in this country.
I just finished watching the Democratic National Convention (DNC) and it was wonderful. Very uplifting and inspiring. Never before have so many people touched me. Each speaker presented themselves showing their integrity and spoke so eloquently. I will not rehash this night, nor give a speaker by speaker report – just want to mention a few people that really stood out. What moved me most was what I saw about the audience. So if you don’t have time to read all of this, please skip down to “The Audience” section.
I have to admit, the one good thing about these two is that they are constantly giving everyone excellent joke and/or spoof material. Especially when Mitt Romney went to England – the British papers and tabloids had a field day! The cover page of a newspaper called him, “Mitt the Twit”! It doesn’t get any better than that. Still, Romney is always saying the most absurd things – almost like a child sometimes.
On Wednesday night at the Republican National Convention (RNC), it was time for Vice-President hopeful Paul Ryan (R-WI) to speak – and speak he most certainly did. Several reporters have confirmed that Ryan told more lies in one speech than they’ve ever heard before from anyone else.
In fact, a FOX News reporter wrote an EXCELLENT article, “Paul Ryan’s speech in 3 words,” about the fibs, and provided the true facts. You could have knocked me over with a feather…. Isn’t FOX News all about lying? Regardless, Sally Kohn did not think so. Kohn stated that Ryan’s speech could be described in three words: Dazzling, Deceiving, and Distracting.
HBO has a new series called “The Newsroom” which is fictional but based upon current events in the news and politics. This show is better than watching the main stream media news coverages as the reporting is right on the nose. No holds barred with “The Newsroom.” What the anchor says is very real and very truthful.
So why doesn’t our main stream media cover the news like they’re doing in this episode below? Because they’re chicken. The main stream media is afraid of what will happen if they do go this far and tell it like it really is. In cases like FOX News, they do not care about the truth – their main purpose is to brainwash Americans and feed them lies in order to keep the sheeple in their stable.
At Tuesday’s Republican National Convention, the Republican Party once again played foul against their own party members and it nearly turned into a fight. The disruption was over the rules process that dictates how delegates are apportioned in each state. Ron Paul may not have done very well in the primaries at the ballot boxes, but his supporters have been working diligently behind the scenes to gather delegates. This apparently pissed of Boehner and he, along with the other dictators, immediately rewrote the rules right in front of everyone’s eyes. Now, when there is a statewide popular vote (primaries), if the result is not winner-take-all, each candidate must get delegates in proportion to their percentage of the popular vote. Therefore with Paul not winning with any popular votes, he is unable to seat his delegates.

The first video, “Todd Man Out,” is about Todd Akin and his moronic comment that women’s bodies shut down ovulation during rape.
The second video, “Tutors Without Borders,” is targeting those people who are Obama-haters and have their signs to prove it. Problem is, they can’t spell! Sounds like the Tea Party to me. And in honor of this video, I have included some photos of signs with misspelled words, and signs with completely the wrong word used.
You may have heard of Robert Reich, but I have not until just recently. A wonderful discovery, a mighty fine fellow to find (wooo… try saying THAT five time fast). If you are not familiar with him, Robert B. Reich, Chancellor’s Professor of Public Policy at the University of California at Berkeley, was Secretary of Labor in the Clinton administration. Time Magazine named him one of the ten most effective cabinet secretaries of the last century.
Reich has also written thirteen books such as “Beyond Outrage – What has gone wrong with our economy and our democracy, and how to fix it.” Oh how I wish Romney and Ryan would read this, and actually pay attention with an open mind. I know… impossible.
This year is most definitely a banner year for ignorance, hatred and intolerance. Much of these have been focused on women, minorities, and homosexuality. It’s as if a malaise is spreading rapidly throughout the weak-minded who follow the selfish and controlling people. This has changed drastically to a point that is now damaging our country as we continue to go backwards in time when it comes to equal rights.
The Republican Party, for some insane reason, has decided it is their duty to say what women can and cannot do with their bodies. President Obama even addressed this the other day when he spoke in response to Rep. Todd Akin’s idiotic statement. During most of my life, I have watched women and minorities move up in the ranks of equality in our society and work force. In 2011, there were hints of change. Then 2012 hit and the RNP has gone off the deep end!
Mitt Romney recently passed through Iowa to acknowledge this drought, currently affecting 78% of the country. The situation threatens already struggling farmers with outright ruin. To show concern, Romney visited the farm of Lemar Koethe, an Iowa corn farmer, touring crops, surveying the damage, and posing for photo ops.
On August 13th, John McCain was interviewed on the Nevada program “Face to Face” by reporter Jon Ralston. Naturally, the topic of Romney’s tax returns was brought up. McCain went on to explain the he, himself, did not go through all the tax returns, but rather his staff did.
“I think [Reid] is wrong. I did not examine every one of those tax returns. I had a team — we vetted a whole bunch of people, I didn’t go through every one,” McCain said, and he goes on, “Nothing in these tax returns showed that he did not pay taxes.”
However, at the one-minute mark, McCain says the following:
“I am absolutely confident that he did not pay taxes. I mean that he did pay, excuse me, that he did pay taxes.”
