Have you noticed that references to bacon have mushroomed in popularity on the internet? (yes, pun intended. A bad pun, but it was intentional) I frequently see jokes and other items about bacon such as a picture of a woman wearing a bacon bra, a man wearing a bacon condom (well, not sure what else to call it), and so on. I mean, whassup with bacon these days???
I am a bacon-lover, too. Although in limited quantities since I stopped salting my food years ago and can only eat just a few slices of bacon due to the salt content. I almost immediately have to follow it up with something sweet. Although bacon on food, like a burger, is different. Anyway, back to the point… I love bacon, but somehow, ehhhh… I’m not quite sold on this one. I’d have to try it first. I mean, it is only eight bucks before shipping….
