RE/MAX Realtor Lists a Home for Sale as “Not Haunted” 13

RE/MAX agent Jake Palmer had been sitting on a listing for quite some time. Shortly after Christmas last year, an offer on the house was made and accepted, and the couple who currently owns the home packed their items in preparation to move out once the sale was closed upon. Shortly before the date that the sale was to be finalized, the buyer backed out and forfeited the offer, leaving the homeowners in a pickle.

The “Sold” banner had to be removed from the sale sign in the house’s yard, and any real estate agent will tell you how difficult it is to reintroduce a house to the market after it was considered sold. Potential buyers naturally presume something is wrong with the property. Haunted often crosses people’s minds. So the listing grew stale with little interest. Jake needed to do something soon with this house, so he became rather creative.

The Best of the Cinnamon Challenge 10

What is the “Cinnamon Challenge”? Well, glad you asked. Basically, it is simply taking one tablespoon of cinnamon and attempt to swallow it. Since the early 2000s, the game has become well-known for its extreme difficulty and thousands of videos with people attempting the challenge have been uploaded onto YouTube. Most results are either the challenger emitting a puff of cinnamon powder, or vomiting. Now, before we go any further, the videos below do not include that latter – I do not particularly like to watch people throwing up, and I’m sure most of you don’t either. In fact, that is what made me turn off Jackass The Movie after about 15 minutes.

I cannot stop laughing nor watching the Chive’s version of this “cat jump fail” video.

The original video was uploaded in Japan on Dec. 16, 2011, without any music (shown below). It now has over 4 million hits on it. Title translate (with Google Translator) as “Debacle diving cat.”
