Hurricane Irene: Photos of before and after

Photos of various locations before and after Hurricane Irene struck the east coast.  This first picture is not a before/after combo, but most worthy of posting which shows the tremendous power of what moved into our coasts one week ago.

  1. IF you are going to show before and after pictures they should be of the same place each one was different for and example the pictures of the covered bridges it is amazing that the bridge signs changed after the hurricane.

    • The two were taken from opposite ends of the bridge. If you notice, in the top (before) picture, the walkway is located on the left side of the picture. On the bottom (after) picture, what is left of the walkway is on the right side.
