It was a tough day at work… tough day at work (imagine Rodney Dangerfield’s voice over). Ergo… tired. Brain dead. Brain synapsis is in low gear. I happened to bounce over to twitter for a peek and saw this first tweet I have listed below appear, and thought, “Hmmmm… let’s have a little bit of fun and find some humorous tweets on twit… I mean, Mitt.
So, without further ado, “Pick on Twit Night”… I mean, MITT! (Gumby, dammit!)

@ChicoDelainky
Mitt Romney is the kind of guy who shakes your hand while sending your job to China.
@rationalists
WSJ: Mitt Romney invested $30 million into a company. Took $180 million out. Fired 30% of the workforce. Any questions?
@LOLGOP
If you don’t think Mitt Romney likes hiring people, you’ve obviously never been to China.
@theantipalin
In the words of the late, great Ann Richards, “Poor Mitt. He was born with a silver foot in his mouth.”
@mikerogerstx
Mitt Romney is about as committed to his principles as Newt Gingrich is to his wives! #R3VOLution #RonPaul #teaparty #tcot #gop #NHPrimary
@BorowitzReport
The only unappealing aspects of Mitt Romney are the things he says and does.
@narmalie
5 days later and I still love this. RT @Indigogirls: I heard that 2% of Americans thought Mitt Romney’s first name was Mittens. MITTENS OMG.
@rtorr05
Nothing like criticizing your President, Mitt. Shows good character. #Romney
@TheDailyEdge
If #Romney Seems Distracted in Interviews It’s Usually Because He’s Thinking How Much Cheaper It Would Be to Run His Campaign From Bangalore

There have been a rash of tweets referencing Mitt’s recent statement, “…I like firing people who don’t provide services to me.” But what a lot of people are omitting (or not seeing or reading) from this statement is the fact that he was referencing firing insurance companies who are not providing the proper services to him. I have more respect for a dead cockroach than I do Mitt, but that doesn’t mean it’s okay to skew what the intent of his words were. He should have chosen his words much more carefully and wisely. HOWEVER… there are still some funny tweets from this statement….
@OldDog_1946
“OK #MITT, YOU’RE FIRED!” #p2 #tcot #Romney
@Marnus3
Mitt Romney: “I see fired people”. #p2
@Marnus3
Mitt Romney: “I love the smell of pink slips in the morning! It smells like MONEY!” #p2 #ApocalypseBain
@Marnus3
If jobs were people Romney would be a serial killer. #p2
@brianbeutler
I’m off to eat at Chipotle, or as Mitt Romney might say I’m firing every other restaurant in my neighborhood.
@Marnus3
So now you know Mitt Romney’s secret: He fires people to create new jobs. #p2

Tweets referencing the recent scuttlebutt about Mitt’s father having been born in Mexico – and that “Mitt is a potential Mexican citizen, with full rights.”
@victormirato
El papá de Mitt Romney nació en México. Entonces ¿es Romney Mexico-Americano? ¿Sería el primer presidente Hispano en USA?
(Translation: Mitt Romney’s father was born in Mexico. So is Romney Mexico-Americano? Would the first Hispanic president in USA?)
@katieg1975
I’m watching NBC’s profile of Mitt Romney’s Mexican cousins…it’s actually quite interesting. Unlike the football game.
@Discountdracula
