Mind-reader!! I’ve been admiring these very blossoms all over town the last two days. Bradford pear, if I’m not mistaken.
I have no idea. I just pulled Lyn into my office and asked her as she knows a lot more about what’s what when it comes to flowers and trees. Her answer was, “I dunno. Plum maybe?” Gee… thanks so much, Lyn. And once I really wanted to know, too. (sigh) Usually she just babbles on about this and that plant and flower, and I just nod my head… Uh-huh, uh-huh…
Cool tone. It looks B&W and yet not quite like the traditional B&W. I like it.
I added a touch of yellow highlight and blue shadowing.
Brings to mind the infamous poem: “Spring is sprung/ the grass is ris/ I wonder where/ the birdies is.” Emerson, wasn’t it or perhaps Keats?
Oh, you’ve got me there. Poetry is not my forte. I know very very little. I just really never understood it.
Come to think of it…it might have been curly of the Three Stooges, one of those great poets
