Update April 8th, 2012:  Another blogger has kindly informed me that what I call the
“zombie” is actually the “Red Skull,” a Marvel comic book character.
The Red Skull is a sickly wannabe soldier during
World War II who gets an injection that turns him into a super-warrior.

        The Red Skull was a Marvel Super Hero Villian who worked with Hitler during WW 2. He fought Captain America. The thing in the picture you’re calling a zombie is actually a character named Red Skull. Watch the new Captain America movie.
