    Those are great! The sell them at HandicappedPets.com. My friend got one for his dog and they go swimming together and EVERYTHING!

    1. Oh, that is so WONDERFUL to hear! I haven’t actually witnessed a dog using one myself, but know many who have. I have a cousin who works a lot with handicapped dogs and says within minutes of putting them on for the first time, they’re zooming around as if they had all four legs.

      I have a dog born deaf and blind in one eye, so he is technically a “special needs” dog… but we don’t tell him this because he doesn’t know it…. 😀
