That is so cool. I love the photos you post!
LOL… thanks!
Hyacinth! I can smell it now. Mmm.
Wisteria is my favorite to smell.
I’ve seen those moths before, and they fly almost just like humming birds – even make a loud humming sound! Great photo!
Damn thing is HUGE!
Yes it is – Which makes them that much more fun! 🙂 I see one of these, and I instantly revert back to being an 8 year old boy again, and I’m looking for a net.
Wow, that’s incredible!
Yeah, like to told Chris, the damn this is HUGE! If that buzzed around me, I would think I was being attacked by a pterodactyl.
Given what you’re experiencing down your way, you should be able to catch a snap of a miller moth – or a hundred miller moths – next to a flower.
You know, my co-workers were talking about the moths today. Honestly, where I live, which is way far south valley – almost to Isleta Pueblo… no moths. I was clueless what they’re talking about – and they filled me in. So need to check out some local sites and see what the scoop is. I work downtown, too, and no moths there.
to this i say “awesome”. thanks Michelle. continue…
