Melania Trump’s speech plagiarizes parts of Michelle Obama’s speech from 2008
This is absolutely one of the lowest things I’ve seen yet by any presidential candidate or their spouse. Melania outright plagiarizes parts of Michelle Obama’s speech from 2008. Actually, I’m sure it was someone else that helped write it – or wrote it entirely – as Melania’s English is poor, very broken. So whoever wrote that for Melania is the plagiarist. Regardless, Melania gave the speech and ultimately it is her responsibility. Melania is not First Lady material. When I think of Lady Bird Johnson, Jackie O, Rosalynn Carter and many other notable women that have taken this “seat” throughout history, it is truly an insult to their memories when thinking about Melanie being the next FLOTUS. Watch this video and you will see. Even the cadence is nearly identical. The written comparable parts are given below the video.
From a young age, my parents impressed on me the values that you work hard for what you want in life, that your word is your bond and you do what you say and keep your promise, that you treat people with respect. They taught and showed me values and morals in their daily life.
That is a lesson I continue to pass along to our son, and we need to pass those lessons on to the many generations to follow. Because we want our children in this nation to know is the only limits to your achievements is the strength of your dreams and your willingness to work for them.

There isn’t any honesty and/or truthfulness, in all of the Trump clan. A family of fucktards..
I suppose one could excuse her, say the speech was written entirely by speechwriters, and that it was all she could do to handle the English — totally unaware of any similarity to anything Michelle Obama ever said. I’ve heard it said she’s got a good head for business, but that doesn’t mean she knows squat about anything else. Frankly I’ve always thought she was just Donald’s third piece of arm candy.

That’s exactly what she is… Donald’s arm candy. He’s done it three times before her. In regards to her speech, I think she listened and read several FLOTUS’s speeches, not just Michelle’s — which would be perfectly normal and acceptable. She wouldn’t be the first one to do so, I imagine. However, when she found a few things in Michelle’s speech that she loved, I think she believed that if she changed a few words in a sentence, then it’s not plagiarism. I say ignorance is not bliss. It got her into quagmire of shit.
No, there is not.
A tale of two speeches: Mrs Obama was and is intelligent, has thoughts of her own, is not a puppet. Her speech had such an impact and spoke truth. She represented herself and her husband well. Melania was an embarrassment to herself and her spouse or sugar daddy. It also goes to show the character of two men; one wise man chose a beautiful, intelligent, elegant and strong woman and another man chose arm candy who probably never conceived her tongue could do so much damage.
I don’t think Melania knew what she was doing. She does not understand the literally culture, the “rights” and “wrongs.” She’s uneducated and, frankly, ignorant. She likes Michelle Obama. What woman wouldn’t? She used Michelle’s speech as a template – a starting point – which wasn’t a bad thing. I’m sure most First Ladies have read the speeches of several ladies before them. And when Melania found specific passages that she felt strongly about, she changed them ever so slightly not realizing that is still plagiarism. She probably thought if changing a couple words, then it’s okay. More than one woman can feel the same way as Michelle spoke.
However, this only supports the fact that she is not First Lady material. Her English is broken. I cannot imagine her doing any sort of “labor of love” that the First Ladies usually take on. She is nothing more than arm candy for Trump.
