When I see the election polls, the one that always surprises me is which candidate people trust more in regards to the economy. It is almost always Donald Trump.

The man had 6 bankruptcies.

That, alone, should tell you that Donnie is not very good with managing money as that is how people end up in BK – poor money management. As many of us know, Trump lies all the time. Unfortunately, many people – especially those who do not watch politics closely – do not know Trump is, most likely, lying. At the very least, Trump will exaggerate his accomplishments and disregard his failures or re-write his failures, turning them into successes.

So, I thought, “Let’s just take a look for myself and share what I find.” I know Don has dabbled in a lot of different areas in the past, and I always wondered why none of them are functioning now. If he is such a business “genius”, then shouldn’t a few of his business ventures still be up and running?

I will be posting each business in a separate post. Originally I thought all in one post, but (lol) as many failures as Trump has had, it would be one enormously long post.

Here is a list of Trump’s former businesses that are no longer in existence. As I dig around, this list will, most likely, change. These are not in any particular order and some have a brief descriptor of the outcome.

• TRUMP AIRLINE – plane crash, planes so badly taken care of, out of biz in 2 years
• TRUMP BOTTLED WATER – claimed it was the purest water around from a “secret” spring. Reality – He used tap water. Collapses in 2010.
• TRUMP BOARD GAME. Very low sales.
• TRUMP MORTGAGE LLC
• TRUMP TRAVEL (gottrump.com)
• TRUMP STEAKS (ended 2 mos after launch)
• TRUMP TELEPHONE COMMUNICATION (trump Net) (ran out of money before it even launched)
• TRUMP TOWER TAMPA (was a scam but trump still walked away with millions)
• TRUMP UNIVERSITY
• TRUMP VODKA
• TRUMP FRAGRANCES (pulled, extraordinarily low sales)
• TRUMP MATTRESSES. Shut down, low sales.
• TRUMP CASTLE AND MARINA (casino) – went bankrupt
• TRUMP PLAZA HOTEL (casino) – went bankrupt. Closed and demolished.
• TRUMP WORLDS (casino) – bankrupt, demolished
• TRUMP 29 IN COCHELLA – kicked out for incompetence. agreed to step down from control quietly. During time he was chair, he took the stock from $35 a share all the way down to $0.17/share.
