trump states, “We don’t want to be politically correct!”
Once again, trump, in not so few words, states that he supports violence against his protestors.
During a campaign rally in Hershey, Pennsylvania, Tuesday night, trump criticized an arena security guard for not being sufficiently rough while removing a woman who protested the event.
That’s right. trump felt that the guard was not rough enough – that the guard was being too “politically correct” (aka “p.c.”). trump states, “we don’t want to be politically correct.”
It’s been clear to those of us who oppose trump that “the don” wants, and tries, to live by his own laws and rules (which he succeeds much more than anyone should be allowed to do). He totally ignores laws, rules, etc. that do not fit his personal agenda, or if he just doesn’t like it. Doesn’t matter if it is a law that may be helping a specific group of people. You know, I realize that being p.c. is sometimes over-kill in certain situations, but for the most part, being p.c. is about respecting others. Clearly, trump has zero interest in respecting others – especially those who are practicing their right of free speech.
Here’s a clip of his campaign that I have set to start right before he make his “anti-politically-correct-needs” confession. If you want to watch the commotion and trump miming to “throw her out,” then start it at 0:49
This, folks, is NOT a Democracy. trump’s actions and words support a Dictatorship, among several other forms of government such as an Oligarchy. Once again, I scratch my head trying to make sense of how his supporters do not see this and have no problem supporting trump’s desire to run the country his own way, regardless of what the Constitution says — and thank god we have that in place. If not, I guarantee trump would be turning the US into the Soviet Western Territories. When accepting the GOP nomination on July 21, 2016, trump is quoted as saying:
“I am your voice. I alone can fix it. I will restore law and order.”
And again that same night, but with slightly different wording:
“Nobody knows the system better than me, which is why I alone can fix it,” Trump told a fired-up crowd of backers that packed the downtown Quicken Loans Arena.”
Complete and total narcissism.
As HuffPost noted, “Trump’s call to not be ‘politically correct’ harkens back to other incidents at his events.”
- During a rally in 2016, he promised to pay the legal fees of anyone who attacks a protester. “If you see somebody getting ready to throw a tomato, knock the crap out of them, would you?” he said. “Seriously, OK?”
- During another event, Trump complained that a protester was receiving high-fives as he left. “I’d like to punch him in the face, I’ll tell you that,” he said.
- And during a winter event in 2016, Trump told security to take the protesters’ coats. “Throw them out into the cold,” he said. “Don’t give them their coats. No coats! Confiscate their coats.”
Fellow readers, it is of utmost importance that trump DOES NOT WIN IN 2020! The Senate will never pass his impeachment – but it has been enjoyable, at times, to watch. Although I do enjoy watching trump sweating it out during his impeachment process.
VOTE FOR ANYONE BUT trump IN 2020!
(NOTE: I purposely do not capitalize trump’s name. I refuse to show him any form of respect so, in my opinion, not capitalizing his name just makes me feel better by refusing to consider him a human.)
Please don’t take it personally when I say I gagged a bit while reading this. And I spared myself the watching of the video. The man makes me ill and a little bit crazy when I can’t make him go away.
Even though I’m an atheist, I pray to all the gods out there that either: 1) trump will be impeached (very unlikely due to the senate); 2) he loses to the Dem candidate in November 2020; and/or 3) has a heart attack, stroke or something that will debilitate him so severely he can no longer hold his own penis let alone the office of potus. If #1 or #2 happen, I’d still be happy to see #3 occur.
The man is so small that in my estimation he has diminished to a speck. Now he’s criticizing Greta Thumberg for becoming Time’s ( failing in his opinion but probably only cause he wasn’t chosen) Person of The Year.
Oops, I misspelled Greta’s last name. Make that Thunberg.
